Why is college admissions so challenging?
As a first generation college student, I remember crying at our dining room table, looking over hundreds of pages of application forms, financial aid documents, and so many things neither my parents nor I had ever heard of before. We were overwhelmed. Lost. We didn’t know what questions to ask or where to start. I’ve been there, and I want to make sure no family has to struggle through the college admissions process like we did ever again.
For that reason, I founded First Generation and Beyond College Counseling Services of Central Florida in August 2023. After more than sixteen years serving in college admissions, I bring my experience and passion to all of my clients, helping them navigate the process and secure their educational future.
