Full Concierge Service – $2,500

This is the real deal. We start with a one-on-one meeting with your student to understand their goals, dreams, and background. After thorough review of their transcripts and background, we collaborate and narrow down their college choices — their dream schools, their top contenders, and their back-ups. From there, we work hand-in-hand to assist with their applications, essays, academic CV/resume, acquiring necessary documents and supporting letters, and assist families with internal school requirements.
Included in this package:
– Up to five hours of one-on-one counseling with student and/or family.
– Curated list of applicable colleges based on student’s interests/academic performance.
– Up to ten revisions or customizations of college essays.
– Will accompany family to one school visit within 250 miles of Orlando, Florida. During this visit, we can provide additional insight, help you ask questions of school officials, and overall explain the “behind the scenes” of the information shared so you can apply these same tactics at any other colleges you plan to visit. This is a huge benefit for First Gen families, as they are often overwhelmed with information during initial visits.
– Beginning-to-end application support, including custom timelines to ensure all applications meet Early Action benefit programs (must register for this service by October 1st of the rising year to guarantee this benefit).
– Personalized review of FAFSA, CSS Profile, and analysis of Demonstrated Need (as it applies to chosen schools) and up to 90 minutes of private support provided for questions.
– Assistance with Financial Aid Appeals / Scholarship Negotiation tactics at top three schools.

Jump Start Service – $500

If you’re not sure where to start or just need a refresher on the essential components of the process, this is the package for you. We start with a one-on-one meeting with the family to understand your student’s background, academic history, and identify top school choices. From there, we outline a plan and help your student create a custom timeline to ensure applications are completed and submitted to all schools. Assistance is provided with college essays to ensure they stand out and parents are aided with financial aid questions.
Included in this package:
– Two hours of one-on-one counseling with student and/or family.
– Curated list of applicable colleges based on student’s interests/academic performance.
– One revision or customization of college essay.
– Creation of timeline for application completion for top school choice.
– Overview of FAFSA and CSS Profile for parents and up to 30 minutes of private support for questions.
